Shot by Roger Patterson on October 20th 1967..this video remains one of the strongest pieces of evidence for the existence of a creature commonly known as Sasquatch or Bigfoot. The physical proportions and gait of the creature in this video do not match that of a human or any other known species. It's authenticity have been the source of fierce debate for nearly 50 years with neither side having been able to actually prove their stance.
I personally believe it to show exactly what all these people are seeing out there.
Our culture was simply not prepared to see it.
Not now and certainly not in 1967.
It has to be a "man in a suit" simply because the other option is so absolutely terrifying and would instantly make us rethink our entire existence on this planet.
How intelligent are they?
How do they survive and communicate?
How many live today throughout the world in the vast unseen forests,jungles and mountains?
These are more interesting questions to me than "why haven't we killed or captured one?"
There have been so many researchers over the years who deserve the utmost respect and credit for their devotion to the subject and for daring to do what mainstream science has not and that is simply to use an open mind and entertain the possibility that humans are not the only highly intelligent things walking around on two legs.
Sightings,footprints,hair containing DNA from unknown primates,audio recordings,pictures and videos...are all these things to be ignored an waved away?
